Jeff Wallis
Jeff has a M.S. in Administration concentrating in Management Information Systems and a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems. He has experience supporting technology in schools, hospitals, businesses, and college campuses. With more than 10 years experience supporting computers, Jeff is now the Chief Network Engineer for a 1200+ computer network. He has extensive network experience including wireless mapping and installation. He has been professionally trained in Microsoft, Linux, and Novell operating systems as well as a number of other technologies including Cisco routers and swtiches. As a expert in operating systems, he currently serves as an adjunct professor of computer science at Champlain College.   Jeff is also A+ and Network+ certified.

Matthew Kihm
Matt Kihm is a CompTia Certified Computer Technician. His certifications are CompTia A+ Hardware, CompTia A+Network. He has 10 years experience working with computer hardware and systems. He has experience managing a 300+ computer network, working with wireless systems and wired systems. He has had professional training from Microsoft, Novel, and Linux operating systems.
